Developed using commercial transport engineering by Powerdown, this system replaces tired factory components to deliver up to 50mm of additional ground clearance and premium axle articulation — purpose-built to survive the harshest African overlanding terrain while fully loaded.

Whether your vehicle carries a heavy steel bullbar, a winch, or a Quick Pitch Rooftop Tent, the upgraded TB1546 Torsion Bars and heavy constant-load rear springs eliminate vehicle sag and dangerous highway body roll. The massive 41mm-bore Nitro Max shock absorbers — loaded with 720ml of oil — prevent fade across miles of demanding corrugated bush tracks.
