⚖️ A Note on Road-Legal Compliance

Suspension lifts, GVM changes, and significant structural modifications aren't purely a fitment question in South Africa — they're a legal one. The National Road Traffic Act sets limits on modifications (suspension lifts are commonly capped around 50mm), and significant changes can require certification from an authorised testing station before your vehicle is legally roadworthy.

We'll flag it directly if your project falls into this category, and point you toward the certification process before you're on the road — not after. If you're planning a lift, GVM change, or major structural build, raise this with us at the consultation stage so it's factored into the design from day one.

Consultation — Tell us what you need. We discuss your vehicle, requirements, terrain, and vision, and flag any road-legal considerations upfront.
3D Scanning & CAD Design — We scan your vehicle and design your components in SolidWorks, giving you a digital preview before we build.
Engineering Review — Every design is checked against expected real-world loads and failure points before fabrication begins.
Design & Quote Approval — You approve the design and detailed quote, deposit, and estimated timeline before we touch a piece of steel.
Precision Fabrication — Built at our Strand facility by skilled hands, using quality materials and clean structural welds.
Finishing — Sandblasted and powder-coated to our standard finish, or finished to your specification.
Fitment — Professional installation at our Strand facility or an approved fitment centre near you.
Post-Build Support — Get in touch after your first serious off-road run — we'll check the build over and address anything that needs attention.

Deposits, Quotes & Cancellation

A deposit is required before design or fabrication work begins — the amount is confirmed in your written quote.
Design changes requested after quote approval may affect price and timeline, and will be confirmed with you before we proceed.
Because custom and made-to-order products are fabricated specifically for you, they aren't eligible for change-of-mind return or refund once work has begun, in line with our Return and Refund Policy.
If you need to cancel after approving a quote but before fabrication begins, contact us as soon as possible — cancellation terms depend on how far design work has progressed and will be confirmed at the time.

Warranty on Custom Work

Custom fabrication is backed by our standard 3-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials, on the same terms as our standard manufactured range. See our Warranty Policy for full details. Because every custom build is unique, some warranty terms (such as fitment guarantees) are confirmed as part of your specific project quote.
