1. Introduction

1.1 This promotional competition (“Competition”) is organised and run by Advanced 4x4 (“the Organiser”).
1.2 By entering this Competition, all participants and winners agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which will be interpreted by the Organiser at its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Competition is open to legal residents of South Africa who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

3. Competition Period

3.1 Any entries received after the closing date and time will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To successfully qualify for the lucky draw, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Competition Period:

1. Download the official Off The Beaten Track mobile application via the designated download link/button.
2. Follow the official Advanced Facebook page.
3. Follow either the official Advanced Instagram or TikTok account.
4. Like and share the official competition post on their personal social media profile.
5. Tag five (5) unique friends in the comment section of the official competition post.

5. The Prize

5.1 Please Note: Unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Organiser, the prize excludes vehicle fitment/installation costs, colour-coding customization, and shipping or courier fees.
5.4 The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or alternative products.

6. Winner Selection and Announcement

6.1 The winner will be selected via a random lucky draw from all eligible, verified entries.
6.2 The winner will be announced LIVE on the official Advanced social media platforms.
6.3 The Organiser will attempt to contact the winner via direct message on social media or through the contact details provided in the app.
6.4 If a winner cannot be reached, fails to provide validation credentials, or fails to claim the prize within fourteen (14) business days of the announcement, the Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prize and draw a runner-up winner.

7. General Conditions

7.1 The Organiser reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate the Competition and its promotional mechanics at any time, with notice, if deemed necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
7.2 By entering, the winner agrees that Advanced 4x4 may use their name, likeness, and images (including photography/video of the bumper fitment) for future promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without further remuneration.
7.3 This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
7.4 The Organiser’s decision on any matter regarding the Competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
