We build products we're proud of. We back them with a warranty that reflects that pride.


Advanced 4x4 Manufactured Products — 3-Year Warranty

All steel accessories manufactured by Advanced 4x4 at our Strand, Western Cape facility carry a 3-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials from the date of purchase.

What is Covered

  • Defects in welding, fabrication, and structural integrity
  • Defects in materials used in manufacturing
  • Powder coating adhesion failures not caused by external damage or misuse
  • Fitment failures caused by manufacturing error

What is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by off-road use beyond the product's intended application
  • Products that have been modified, welded, or altered after purchase
  • Products not installed by an Advanced 4x4 approved fitment centre or qualified technician
  • Cosmetic damage caused by stone chips, scratches, or UV exposure after delivery

How to Claim

  1. Contact us at sales@advanced4x4.co.za or call 021 569 7238
  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photographs of the defect
  3. Our team will assess your claim within 5 business days
  4. Approved claims will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, including verified return shipping costs

Branded Products — Manufacturer Warranty

All branded products stocked by Advanced 4x4 (including Warn, Hi-Lift, Raptor, Flex, Predator, Quick Pitch, Tough Dog, RAW, De Graaf, EVC iDrive, and Victron Energy) carry the original manufacturer's warranty.

Advanced 4x4 acts as your first point of contact for all warranty claims on branded products. We will manage the process with the manufacturer on your behalf.

  • Warn Winches — Limited lifetime warranty on winch motor and gear train
  • Hi-Lift Jacks — Lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects
  • Victron Energy — 5-year warranty on most products
  • Tough Dog & RAW Suspension — Manufacturer's warranty applies
  • All other brands — Manufacturer's standard warranty applies

Professional Installation Requirement

Warranty coverage on all Advanced 4x4 manufactured products requires professional installation by an Advanced 4x4 approved fitment centre or qualified technician. DIY installations are not covered under warranty. This requirement exists because correct fitment is critical to product performance and safety.
