At Advanced 4x4, we stand behind every product we sell and every product we make. Our commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction is the foundation of everything we do.
Our Promise
Advanced 4x4 is a proudly South African manufacturer and specialist retailer of premium 4x4 accessories and equipment. Every product bearing the Advanced 4x4 name is designed, manufactured, and quality-controlled at our factory at 36 De Kock Street, Strand, 7130, Western Cape. We associate ourselves only with world-class brands — and we hold ourselves and our brand partners to the same high standard.
Advanced 4x4 Manufactured Products — Warranty
All products manufactured by Advanced 4x4 are warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for 3 year from the date of purchase.
If a defect in workmanship or materials becomes apparent during the warranty period, Advanced 4x4 will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product at no cost to the customer — including reimbursement of verified return shipping costs.
Warranty conditions:
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all warranty claims
- The product must have been installed by a registered fitment centre or qualified installer — DIY installations are not covered under warranty. We recommend using an approved installer near you
- The defect must be the result of a manufacturing fault — not misuse, modification, accident, or normal wear and tear
- Advanced 4x4 reserves the right to assess each claim individually and apply its discretion accordingly

Top Brand Products — Manufacturer's Warranty
Advanced 4x4 is an authorised retailer of premium brands including Hella, Raptor (U-Pol), Predator Off Road, and others. All branded products are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty terms, which are detailed in the individual product descriptions.
Advanced 4x4 will act as your first point of contact for all warranty claims on products purchased through us — we will facilitate the process with the manufacturer on your behalf. Proof of purchase and professional installation proof are required for all claims.
Returns — Non-Defective Products
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a non-defective item, the following conditions apply:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact — items that do not meet this standard will not be accepted
- A 15% handling fee applies to all non-defective returns
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- Delivery fees paid at checkout are non-refundable
- Non-returnable items: Custom/made-to-order products, hazardous materials (including certain coatings and chemicals), sale items, and gift cards

Defective or Damaged Products
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at sales@advanced4x4.co.za within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number and proof of purchase
- Clear photographs of the defect or damage
- Proof of professional installation (where applicable)
Once assessed and confirmed as a manufacturing defect, Advanced 4x4 will repair, replace, or refund the product in full — including return shipping costs — at our discretion. Reimbursement will be made via EFT or store credit after product is received at our adress.
Please do not return any item without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorisation will not be processed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of return assessment. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, contact us at sales@advanced4x4.co.za.
Fitment & Installation
Advanced 4x4 guarantees fitment on all vehicle-specific products as specified in the product description. To protect your warranty and ensure correct installation, we strongly recommend using a registered fitment centre or qualified installer. DIY installations are undertaken at the customer's own risk and are not covered under warranty.
