Frequently asked questions

Do your Jimny parts fit the 5-door?

Some do. The rock sliders come in separate 3-door and 5-door versions, while the drawer systems and gullwing panels are 3-door only. Each product title says which body it fits; ask us if you are unsure.

Can I get my Jimny parts fitted in Cape Town's northern suburbs?

Yes. JimnyWorX SA in Brackenfell is one of our approved partner fitment centres. See Brackenfell fitment. You can also book at our own Strand workshop.

What suspension do you offer for the Jimny?

Is a steel bumper too heavy for a Jimny?

All our core armour components are engineered, laser-cut, CNC-bent, and welded in South Africa, backed by our 3-year structural manufacturing warranty.

How does fitment work if I am outside the Western Cape?

We crate and ship palletized freight to your door or regional courier depot, or we can coordinate directly with an approved fitment centre in your province for professional installation.

Do you ship nationwide and support fitment outside Cape Town?

Yes. Advanced 4x4 provides nationwide shipping across South Africa. For customers outside the Western Cape, products can be delivered directly to your door, to a commercial freight depot, or directly to one of our approved fitment centres in the Western Cape, Gauteng or the Garden Route for installation.
