Our Commitment

At Advanced 4x4, we are committed to getting your order to you safely, efficiently, and in perfect condition. Whether you're ordering a set of Hella driving lights or a Predator Off Road roof rack, we treat every shipment with the same care we put into our products.


1. HOW WE SHIP

Advanced 4x4 ships all orders through Bobgo, South Africa's leading e-commerce shipping aggregator. Bobgo connects us to a network of trusted courier partners — including The Courier Guy, RAM, Internet Express, SkyNet, Fastway, and DPD Laser — allowing us to select the best courier for your location and order size on every shipment.

All items, including large and heavy products such as roof racks and lighting kits, are shipped door-to-door via this courier network.


2. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We do not currently offer free shipping. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

The following are estimated delivery windows from the date of dispatch. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed — actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier capacity, and external factors outside our control.

Please note:

  • Orders must be placed and payment confirmed before 12:00 PM for same-day dispatch (subject to stock availability and courier collection cut-off times).
  • During peak periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, festive season), please allow an additional 2–3 business days on top of standard estimates.
  • If you have not received your order within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.

4. SHIPPING INSURANCE

Customers may choose between insured and non-insured shipping at checkout.

  • Insured shipping: Your parcel is covered under the courier's insurance policy, subject to their applicable terms and conditions. We strongly recommend insured shipping for all orders.
  • Non-insured shipping: By selecting this option, you acknowledge and accept that Advanced 4x4 assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or breakage that may occur during transit. All risk transfers to the customer once the parcel has left our premises.

Upon dispatch, the courier's Terms and Conditions govern all aspects of delivery. We encourage customers to review these terms for detailed information regarding claims and compensation.


5. CLICK & COLLECT

Prefer to collect in person? You are welcome to collect your order directly from our premises at no additional charge:

Please contact us before placing your order to arrange a collection time. Collections are available during business hours.


6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your delivery directly through the courier's tracking portal.


7. RISK & TITLE

Once your order has been handed to the courier, title and risk of loss passes to you. Advanced 4x4 is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier once the parcel has left our premises. For peace of mind, we recommend selecting insured shipping at checkout.
