Tough Dog Ford Everest UA/UA II (2015–2022) Complete 40mm Suspension Lift Kit

The Tough Dog Ford Everest (2015–2022) 40mm Suspension Kit is specifically engineered to master the unique rear Watt’s Linkage suspension system of the UA and UA II platform. The Everest is a superb family tourer — but it is prone to significant nose-dive under braking and rear-end sagging when towing or carrying a full load. This kit levels the vehicle’s rake, delivers a firmer and more sophisticated damping profile, and provides the ground clearance needed for both on-road safety and serious off-road use.

Featuring 41mm Bore Foam Cell Shock technology, this kit is designed to survive the intense heat of African overlanding — keeping the oil stable and the valving consistent on the longest, most punishing corrugated stretches.

🚗 Why Upgrade Your Ford Everest UA/UA II?

The Ford Everest’s coil-sprung rear end with Watt’s Linkage geometry is designed for passenger comfort — but that same tuning means it frequently hits the bump stops when loaded for a trip, towing a trailer, or navigating rough terrain. Tough Dog’s progressive spring rates maintain that comfort when empty while adding the structural support needed for heavy trailers and demanding off-road terrain.

  • 40mm lift — corrected rake and improved ground clearance for trails and gravel roads
  • Eliminates nose-dive — firmer front spring rates restore braking composure and driver confidence
  • Prevents bump stop contact — load-rated rear coil options handle full passenger, drawer, and towing loads
  • Watt’s Linkage compatible — engineered specifically for the UA/UA II’s unique rear suspension geometry
  • Progressive spring rates — comfortable when empty, composed and stable when fully laden
  • Foam Cell shock technology — stable oil and consistent valving in the most intense African heat
  • Optional 9-stage adjustable shocks — manually tune between Towing, Empty, and Off-Road settings on demand
