The Tough Dog Next-Gen Ford Everest (2022+) 40mm Suspension Kit is meticulously engineered to complement the advanced chassis of the latest Everest. While the factory coil-around-shock rear suspension provides a car-like ride, it often struggles with “squatting” when towing heavy trailers or carrying a full load of passengers and gear. This kit restores the vehicle’s geometry, delivers a level stance, and provides significantly improved high-speed stability — without compromising the Everest’s refined, premium character.
Equipped with 41mm Bore Foam Cell Shock technology, this system provides the cooling capacity required for long-distance touring on harsh gravel roads — ensuring your ride remains plush, controlled, and fade-free from the first kilometre to the last.

The lenses inside the lights are crucial, as they are responsible for directing the beam and creating the necessary cut-off. Unfortunately, the lights I received do not match the lenses shown in the product picture, specifically at the top and bottom. Additionally, the company did not have stock, and I had to pay an extra R1000 to have them sourced from a different supplier, which was frustrating given the product mismatch. I am still in the process of trying to find an installer for these. Since I need the lights for a trip I am unable to return them, once they are installed, I can review on quality.
