Born from a rich pedigree of heavy commercial vehicle engineering by Powerdown, this system replaces fatigued factory coils and shocks to provide up to 50mm of ground clearance — carefully engineered to prevent excessive wear on factory driveshaft boots and maintain correct tracking geometry.
The JK platform is famous for its front and rear quadra-coil solid-axle configuration, and this kit is purpose-built to eliminate the severe highway body sway and rear-end sag caused by permanent overland weights. Whether you’re packing a Quick Pitch Quick-en-Suite Box Unit, interior drawer systems, or heading cross-border on corrugated gravel routes, the upgraded coils and RC-JPJKR-HD Constant-Load Rear Springs stop rear-end sag dead in its tracks. Equipped with massive 41mm-bore Nitro Max shocks in a 60mm outer tube with high-pressure HNBR multi-lip dust and oil seals built to withstand harsh trail grit.

⚠️ Recommended Installation Accessories
The Jeep JK’s solid-front-axle layout means lifting the vehicle modifies the steering tracking angle. We strongly recommend adding the following to your order:
- Heavy-Duty Steering Stabilizer (RAW-SD-5011) – eliminates front-end bump-steer and high-speed wheel wobble on rough dirt tracks
- Adjustable Front Track Bar – re-centres the front axle to restore correct tracking geometry after lift installation
