Born from a rich pedigree of heavy commercial vehicle engineering by Powerdown, this system replaces soft factory setups to provide up to 50mm of ground clearance — maintaining maximum safe operational limits for stock driveshafts and electronic sway bar disconnect modules — for superior axle articulation and tire-to-ground traction.
Like its predecessor, the modern JL utilizes an advanced front and rear quadra-coil solid-axle geometry. Whether you’re packing a Quick Pitch Quick-en-Suite Box Unit, interior drawer systems, or heading cross-border on corrugated gravel routes, the upgraded coils and RC-JPL19R-HD Constant-Load Rear Springs stop rear-end sag dead in its tracks. Equipped with massive-bore Nitro Max shocks with multi-stage velocity-sensitive disk valving calibrated to eliminate the body sway and loose steering feedback typical of modified solid-axle Jeeps.

The Jeep JL features highly sensitive steering geometry — lifting the vehicle modifies the tracking angle of the front end. We strongly recommend adding the following to your order:
- Heavy-Duty Adjustable Front Track Bar – re-centres the front axle to keep tracking parallel after lift installation
- Steering Stabilizer Upgrade – mitigates bump-steer and high-speed wheel wobble over rough dirt tracks
