Born from a rich pedigree of heavy commercial vehicle engineering by Powerdown, this system replaces soft factory setups to provide 50mm of ground clearance — carefully calibrated to keep factory electronic stability modules, cross-axis joints, and driveshaft operating angles within safe parameters.

The Gladiator JT uniquely combines the solid-axle front end of the Wrangler with a lengthened five-link rear coil suspension derived from heavy truck platforms — purpose-engineered for serious cargo carrying. Whether you’re packing a Quick Pitch Quick-en-Suite Box Unit, an overlanding bed rack system, or heading cross-border on corrugated gravel routes, the upgraded coils and RC-JPJT20R-HD Constant-Load Rear Springs stop rear-end sag dead in its tracks. Equipped with massive 45mm-bore Nitro Max shocks in a 61mm outer tube with multi-lip HNBR high-temperature seals built to keep fine trail dust out.

⚠️ Recommended Installation Accessories

The Gladiator JT’s exceptionally long wheelbase places unique structural leverage on the rear axle under loaded trail driving, and its solid front axle is sensitive to post-lift steering geometry changes. We strongly recommend adding the following to your order:

  • Heavy-Duty Steering Stabilizer (RAW-SD-5011) – eliminates front-end bump-steer and high-speed wheel wobble on rough dirt tracks
