Born from a legacy of heavy commercial vehicle engineering by Powerdown, this system eliminates the soft, wallowing unladen ride of the stock Colt while providing up to 45mm of ground clearance — carefully optimised to maintain safe operating angles for the front CV joints and steering ball joints.

This classic IFS platform uses torsion bars up front paired with a leaf-sprung rear axle. The upgraded heavy-duty TB1501 Torsion Bars and RL483 Constant-Load Leaf Springs stop dangerous rear-end sag dead in its tracks. Equipped with heavy-duty Nitro shocks with multi-stage velocity-sensitive disk valving, this kit eradicates the nose-diving and body roll common to the Colt chassis — and eliminates dampening fade over hours of brutal corrugated gravel bush tracks.

Important Installation Note

⚠️ The Mitsubishi Colt IFS platform requires a manual torsion bar crank during front installation. A professional wheel alignment is mandatory immediately after fitment to ensure correct caster, camber, and toe settings. We strongly recommend booking your alignment at the time of fitment.
