Unlike newer models that use factory-threaded mounting points, the Hilux Vigo Extra Cab requires drilling into the vehicle roof for installation. The interior roof liner must be removed, and the rack is secured with bolts, nyloc nuts, and professional sealant to prevent leaks. Professional installation is strongly recommended — available at Advanced 4x4 or any of our authorised fitment centres.
