Frequently asked questions

Do the JL parts fit the 2-door and the 4-door (JLU)?

The bumpers fit both. Rock sliders come in separate 3-door (JL) and 5-door (JLU) versions. Check the product title before you order.

Which front bumpers also fit the Gladiator?

The JL/JLU/JT front bumper and front stubby bumper are listed for the Gladiator JT as well. See the Gladiator page.

Pipe step or standard rock sliders?

Standard sliders sit tight to the body for maximum clearance. Pipe step sliders stick out a little further and give an easier step into a lifted Jeep.

Does the JL rear bumper include a towbar?

The JL/JLU rear bumper is listed without a tow bar. Ask us about towing options for your build.

All our core armour components are engineered, laser-cut, CNC-bent, and welded in South Africa, backed by our 3-year structural manufacturing warranty.

How does fitment work if I am outside the Western Cape?

We crate and ship palletized freight to your door or regional courier depot, or we can coordinate directly with an approved fitment centre in your province for professional installation.

Do you ship nationwide and support fitment outside Cape Town?

Yes. Advanced 4x4 provides nationwide shipping across South Africa. For customers outside the Western Cape, products can be delivered directly to your door, to a commercial freight depot, or directly to one of our approved fitment centres in the Western Cape, Gauteng or the Garden Route for installation.
